Foreword
This is a filmproject about the Life of the Musk Oxen at Dovrefjell, Norway. A project which will prove
how the mammals manage to survive in a tough climate high up in the mountains. In the hot summer, the rich colorness of the autumn, during winter blizzard
and the spring when the young calves are born.
We will try to follow some individuals, show its interdependence to the herd. The filming will take place on the animals terms. No animal shall be needless disturbed or hurt. Due to extreme focal length of the lens (read more ), we manage to take good close up shoots without being near the animal.
The National Park at Dovrefjell have a rich animal- and plant stand and we will try to give you some of this scenes in the film. We will prove how all species coexists and are able to utilize each other.
